Bayonet coupling
Thermocouples and RTDs can be supplied with a quick bayonet coupling. Common sizes: small — inner Ø 12 mm, sensor tip Ø 5 or 6 mm; large — inner Ø 14 mm, sensor tip Ø 8 mm; XL — inner Ø 16 mm, sensor tip > 8 mm. Available for all thermocouple types and for PT100 and PT1000 sensors.

MI Thermocouples
Type J standard version made with AISI 316 stainless steel. Diameters from 0.5 mm to 8 mm. 2-meter Mylar® cable exit. Type K standard version made with Inconel 600. Diameters 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0 mm; Inconel is used as the standard sheath for high-temperature resistance. Insulated junction. 2-meter Mylar® cable exit. Single or double element. Diameters up to 8 mm. Lengths up to 30 meters
Chinese-machine replacement bayonet coupling
This bayonet coupling has an 11 mm inner diameter and an additional tube with an adjustment screw. It is intended as a replacement for machines manufactured in China.
